The Sisterhood Foundation’s purpose is to hear, acknowledge and address the unique health issues impacting Australian women and girls.
Its mission is to build capability in frontline charities and deliver programs that create positive health outcomes in the lives of women and girls.
The Sisterhood Foundation is the official charity for all Wesfarmers Health businesses.

In line with its purpose, the Sisterhood has eight strategically aligned charity partners that champion a range of health and wellbeing causes.
Jean Hailes for Women's Health
Jean Hailes for Women’s Health is dedicated to improving women’s health across Australia through every life stage by providing free, evidence-based health information for women, girls and gender-diverse people.
Smiling Minds
Smiling Mind is a leading prevention-focussed mental health not-for-profit. The organisation helps minds thrive with evidence-based tools and resources including Australia’s most trusted mental wellbeing app.
Her Heart
Her Heart is Australia’s only not-for-profit organisation focused on the prevention of women’s heart disease. Her Heart educates and empowers women to take control of their lives and make necessary changes to decrease their risk of developing heart disease.
Share the Dignity
Share the Dignity supports women, girls and those who menstruate who are experiencing, or are at risk, of homelessness, domestic violence or poverty. Share the Dignity distributes period products to those in need and works to achieve menstrual equity in Australia.
Fitted for Work
Fitted for Work helps women become work ready, gain secure employment and experience success in their careers by supporting the development of practical skills, knowledge and self-esteem.
Motherless Daughters
Motherless Daughters Australia supports and connects girls and women who have lost mothers by providing peer support opportunities both online and within the community.

OUR CHARITY GOLF DAY IS OUR MAJOR ANNUAL FUNDRAISER
Each year, our volunteer organizing committee stages a golf day to raise money for the Sisterhood and our Charity Partners.
In 2025, a record breaking 112 players, representing 25 supplier sponsors, took to the course in the Yarra Valley, ably supported by 17 volunteers.
The day raised $144k, which resulted in a net profit of $126k for the Sisterhood.
Since the event started in 2017, a phenomenal total of over $1M has been raised for the Sisterhood.
